LEVEL PROGRESSION
- Level 0-4: Fundamental gameplay, escalating velocity
- Level 5+: Hindrances emerge (boulders, thorns, gateways)
- Level 10+: Equipped hunters begin to appear and fire projectiles
- Every 30 seconds: Level elevates, additional obstacles and hunters materialize
